Roasted Radishes

More than salads and pickles, radishes and their greens can be roasted as well! Be prepared to whip up a batch for your next dinner. Ready in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients:

1 bunch radishes (8-10 radishes)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil (or other vegetable oil of your choice)

2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

black pepper to taste


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Wash radishes with cool water and remove roots and stems. Dry with a paper towel. Cut large radises in half to ensure even cooking.

3. In large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Whisk ingredients together. Toss in radishes and greens until everything is coated evenly with oil.

4. Spread out radishes and greens on roasting pan or baking dish. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until the greens are crispy. Remove the greens and continue roasting the radishes for about another 5 minutes or until fork tender.
